Shipping and payment

Delivery area

We deliver prints to the countries offered during checkout, currently [Germany, the EU, …]. Digital files are available for download worldwide.

Delivery costs

Prints are made and shipped by our print partners, per photographer. Delivery costs are shown during checkout before you order. Digital files are free of delivery costs.

Delivery time

Prints are produced once the payment has arrived. The delivery time (production and shipping) is stated with each product, usually [5–10] working days within Germany. Digital files are available in your account and by email link as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Payment methods

The available payment methods are shown during checkout, for example:

• Credit and debit card
• PayPal
• Klarna
• SEPA direct debit
• Bank transfer in advance: please transfer the amount within [7] days. The order is processed once the payment has arrived.

Customs

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, import duties may apply, which are borne by the recipient.
