Abstract Patterns and Life on Snow

This photograph reveals the unique compositional power provided by an aerial (drone) perspective. The earth-toned circular area located in the middle of the pure white snow cover and the path connecting this area to the building give the frame the quality of a minimalist painting or an abstract drawing. The extensive use of negative space striking highlights the activity and traces of life at the center.
